My background is in bookkeeping, accounting and business administration, and over the years I have worked with a range of businesses andMarnie-Lea Galanos holding a lamb organisations. I enjoy working with numbers, solving problems and creating practical systems that make things run more smoothly.

Although my involvement with rare breeds is relatively new, my love of animals certainly isn't. Animals have always been an important part of my life and I have long felt strongly about their welfare and protection. I particularly enjoy visiting farms and taking any opportunity to get up close and interact with the animals.

Becoming involved with the RBTA has opened my eyes to the importance of preserving Australia's rare and heritage livestock breeds and the genetic diversity they represent.

I'm very pleased to have the opportunity to contribute my own skills to the RBTA and to play a part in helping preserve these wonderful animals and Australia's agricultural heritage for future generations.
