Good Old Days Festival, Barellan NSW

Much loved gathering for all things heavy horse - our draught breeds are all rare. Their time to shine. As well, donkeys and mules will be there in good numbers, and bullocks galore - using bullocks helps keep horned breeds going, in an era they're vanishing forever; their ancient genes binned by the tragically misled poll brigade. Camels, goats, alpabacas will be there. Fabulous skills on display from blacksmiths and farriers to ploughing and coach driving. Loads of fun, trade stalls, top tucker cooked just for you, exhibitions, demonstrations and magnificent horse drawn vehicles and implements - a lovely lot of furphies too! 

Live music, milking, sheaf tossing, camel races, lots more. Another world record hoped to be broken this years, by the bulllockies.
