Innisfail Show, Qld

Cattle - in age classes - the emphasis being on beef production; horses in jumping, hacking & games; poultry - limited breed classes for chickens, also pigeons and cage birds. No ducks or geese. A show in a rich agriculture area with a lot of cropping. Top quality beef production area too.

Emphasis of the show seems to be sideshows and entertainment rather than livestock. Bananas, a local crop, do get good billing. Nonetheless a good place to see the results of local cattle breeders and a delightful show.
